It is our smart system that first asks your customers how their experience was. If they are happy (4-5 stars), we direct them to Google Reviews. If they have a complaint (1-3 stars), they get the opportunity to send you a private message first. This way you capture positive reviews and resolve issues before they are posted online.
Is it legal to ask for reviews this way?
Yes, completely. Opino complies with Google policies. We do not pay for or incentivize fake reviews. We simply make it easier for genuinely satisfied customers to share their experience, while capturing private feedback from those who had problems.
Does it work with my point of sale system?
Opino works independently - you do not need complicated integrations. You can use QR codes at your location or on receipts, a tablet in kiosk mode at your counter, email campaigns to your contacts, or WhatsApp templates for manual sending.
